Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", or "User") and 456vd ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered through the 456vd platform at 456vd.io, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 456vd, including but not limited to online slot games, live casino tables, sports betting (including cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), crash games, promotional bonus offers, and the 456vd cashier system. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or game types may supplement these Terms and will be communicated to members at the relevant time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary promotion-specific terms, the supplementary terms govern only for the purpose of that specific promotion.

456vd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

Eligibility & Registration

Use of the 456vd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform. 456vd operates a strict 21+ policy and enforces mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process.
• You are a resident of or are currently located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative for any third party.
• You do not have an existing 456vd account that has been suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by the platform for any reason.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order that you have voluntarily placed on your own account.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 456vd or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the 456vd platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same network address — is strictly prohibited. 456vd uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is detected, all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across all associated accounts may be forfeited, and all accounts may be permanently closed.

During registration, members must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and preferred contact details. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held within the account.

Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, members are issued a unique account accessed via the 456vd Login page. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. 456vd strongly recommends that all members:

• Choose a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the platform.
• Never share their login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of their account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify 456vd support if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

456vd accepts no responsibility for losses, disputed bets, or unauthorised transactions that result from a member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. Where unauthorised access is suspected, members should contact our support team via live chat immediately. 456vd may, at its discretion, temporarily freeze the account pending investigation.

Members are responsible for ensuring that all personal and financial information held on their account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to name, address, payment method, or contact details must be communicated to the 456vd support team with supporting documentation. 456vd reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any point during a member's account lifetime, including prior to processing a withdrawal.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: All members are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is approved. KYC verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), a recent proof of address, and in some cases a copy of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documentation must be submitted through the account verification portal. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of registration may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

456vd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not apply currency conversion to member accounts. All deposits, account balances, bonus amounts, stakes, winnings, and withdrawal values are denominated and settled exclusively in BDT.

Accepted Deposit Methods: 456vd currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the member's account balance in under 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the processing bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The member's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The member must have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
• Withdrawal requests to verified MFS wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.
• 456vd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

Members must only deposit funds that belong to them. Use of payment methods that are not registered in the member's own name is prohibited and may result in a withdrawal hold pending investigation. Any funds deposited through a third-party payment account will be returned to the source account and the member's account may be suspended.

Bonuses & Promotions

456vd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin packages, BPL and IPL betting cashback deals, Eid bonus events, and Pohela Boishakh seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific promotion will be stated clearly in that promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer is available once per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared devices is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 456vd platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wager staked. Live casino table games, sports betting wagers, and crash games may contribute at a lower percentage, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active on a member's account, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is ৳2,000 (or as otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms). Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at 456vd's discretion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within 7 days of being credited to a member's account unless otherwise stated. Any unused bonus funds or spins will be removed from the account on expiry.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Members who wish to withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active on their account will have the bonus balance and any associated winnings removed before the withdrawal is processed. Members should carefully review bonus terms before claiming any offer.

456vd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. In the event that a technical error or human error results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited to a member's account, 456vd reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 456vd platform are sourced from internationally certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages defined by its respective provider. Members acknowledge and accept the following:

• All game outcomes on the 456vd platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer action in the case of live casino tables. 456vd does not alter or influence the outcome of any game.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. 456vd accepts no liability for losses incurred by members who were unfamiliar with a game's rules at the time of play.
• Members must ensure they have sufficient real-money or bonus balance available before initiating a game round. Insufficient balance errors that result in an incomplete game round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's published rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, platform outage, or software error — the game round will be voided and any wager placed for that round will be returned to the member's account as a credit. The outcome of a partially completed game round that was affected by a malfunction will not stand.
• 456vd reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of software exploitation, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent play. Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent gameplay will be permanently closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.

Sports Betting Rules

456vd provides a sports betting service covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other international cricket competitions), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the betting lobby at any given time. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 456vd reserves the right to refuse any bet or to impose maximum stake limits on any market without providing a reason.
• Odds Changes: Odds on all markets are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time of placement, not those displayed before confirmation.
• Void Bets: A bet will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account in circumstances including (but not limited to): match abandonment, event postponement of more than 48 hours, proven data feed error, or where a market is offered in error.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are available on selected cricket and football fixtures. In-play bets are accepted in real time; however, 456vd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a match. Bets placed after the outcome of a specific event within a match has been determined (e.g., a wicket falling before the "Next Wicket" market is suspended) will be voided.
• Settlement: All cricket and football markets are settled in accordance with official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BPL Governing Council, FIFA, etc.). 456vd will use these official results as the sole basis for settlement and will not accept liability for discrepancies between official results and third-party data sources.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout on any single sports bet is ৳500,000 unless otherwise stated on the specific market. Bets whose potential payout exceeds this limit will be settled at the maximum payout value.

Responsible Gaming

456vd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. The platform provides a suite of tools to help members manage their gaming activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure alerts that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration within a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members who wish to take a short break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the member's account is fully restricted from deposits, wagers, and bonus claims.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling has become or is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours by the 456vd support team. Once permanently self-excluded, a member's account cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

456vd enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts and is completed as part of the KYC process. Any member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and all deposits returned, with any winnings forfeited.

Privacy & Data

By registering an account, members consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in that policy.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 456vd platform solely for their own personal entertainment. This licence does not permit members to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content. Unauthorised use of any 456vd intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 456vd and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the 456vd platform.
• Any loss caused by temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, technical failures, internet service provider outages, or third-party system failures.
• Any loss resulting from a member's failure to keep their account credentials secure, or from unauthorised account access that results from the member's own negligence.
• Any loss resulting from a member's reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete — including odds, statistics, match schedules, or promotional details.

456vd's total aggregate liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

456vd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member's account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other form of abuse of the platform's systems or promotions.
• Creation of duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account-per-member policy.
• Evidence that the member is under the age of 21.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 456vd support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) will be returned to the member's registered payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 72 hours.

Amendments to Terms

456vd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter a member's rights or obligations — 456vd will notify active members via the platform's notification system upon their next 456vd Login following the update. Minor amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability) may be made without individual notification.

The current version of these Terms, with its effective date, will always be available at /terms-conditions. Members who continue to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If a member does not agree to any amended Terms, they should cease use of the platform and contact the support team to close their account.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of applicable law. 456vd operates the platform as a safe and reliable service and is committed to fair play and responsible gaming for all members.

456vd makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of online gaming in the jurisdiction from which a member accesses the platform. It is the member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 456vd platform complies with all laws applicable in their local jurisdiction. Members who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own legal risk, and 456vd accepts no liability in this regard.
